Effective Date: August 9, 2025

THE AGREEMENT:

This Course Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Jeff Armstrong Education LTD CO, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Course Provider”), and you (“Participant”), for participation in the Course defined below.

This Agreement governs all use of the Course, related materials, and any associated services provided by the Course Provider.

Article 1 – DEFINITIONS

A) Parties:

1. Course Provider / Us / We: Refers to Jeff Armstrong Education LTD CO, its employees, affiliates, and contractors.

2. You / Participant: Refers to the purchaser and participant of the Course.

3. Parties: Collectively refers to both the Course Provider and Participant.

B) Course Details:

1. Course Name: Quantum Video Course

2. Course Description: This course consists of a series of videos in which Jeff Armstrong demonstrates the exact methods he uses to rank websites on Google, including step-by-step processes, tools, and strategies.

3. Total Course Fee (“Fee”): $2,497 USD

4. Course Access URL: Provided upon successful enrollment.

5. Coaching Disclaimer: This course does not include access to group coaching, 1:1 calls, or private consultations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Article 2 – ASSENT & ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing and participating in the Course, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not enroll. Enrollment after payment is non-refundable.

Article 3 – LICENSE TO USE COURSE MATERIALS

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course materials solely for your personal use.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Share login credentials

• Download, copy, screen record, or otherwise capture the Course videos or materials in any form

• Reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or make the Course or its content available, whether for free or for payment

• Upload Course materials to any website, cloud storage, file-sharing platform, or social media

Copyright Enforcement:
All Course content is protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of Course content is copyright infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The Course Provider reserves the right to seek statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringed work, plus attorney’s fees and court costs, for any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of Course content.

Digital Fingerprinting:
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that Course materials may contain unique, invisible digital identifiers (“digital fingerprints”) embedded in the files. These identifiers allow the Course Provider to trace unauthorized copies directly to the Participant’s account. If Course content traced to the Participant is found in any unauthorized location, the Participant agrees to be liable for damages as outlined in this Agreement and subject to immediate legal action.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may also result in criminal charges where applicable.

Article 4 – COURSE TERMS

• The Course may be started at any time after purchase.

• All access is for the individual purchaser only.

• No results are guaranteed; you are solely responsible for your implementation and business outcomes.

• This Course is not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice.

Article 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, videos, documents, and related intellectual property remain the sole property of the Course Provider.
You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or otherwise use the Course content beyond the limited license granted.

Article 6 – NON-COMPETE

For two (2) years from your completion date of Quantum Video, you agree not to:

• Create, market, or sell any course, program, or service that directly teaches video marketing strategies substantially similar to Quantum Video.

• Provide paid consulting, mentoring, or coaching services that train others in the same or substantially similar methods taught in Quantum Video.

Violation will result in legal action for damages.

Article 7 – PAYMENT & FEES

• Course Fee: $2,497 USD (unless otherwise stated at checkout)

• Full payment is required before accessing the Course.

• Payment plans, if offered, require timely payments; missed payments may result in deactivation of access.

• No refunds will be processed.

• Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks.

Article 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Participation is at your own risk. The Course Provider is not responsible for your business, personal, or financial outcomes.

Article 9 – GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bullitt County, KY.

Article 10 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the Parties regarding the Course.
